Suchithran is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in driving largescale transformation, managing multiple business units, and shaping innovative operating models for global enterprises. He works closely with CXOs to identify new growth opportunities, strengthen global business services, and integrate AI/ML driven capabilities that elevate resilience, agility, and scale.
He currently leads TCS’ Enterprise Cognitive Business Operations (CBO) unit across the MEA and APAC regions, helping clients accelerate their growth and transformation journeys through cognitive operations. He played a key role in establishing TCS’ first allwomen business operations center in Riyadh in 2013—an important milestone in the region.
Under his leadership, TCS has emerged as a market leader in the MEA and APAC regions for Business Process Services encompassing Finance & Accounting, HR Operations, Supply Chain Management and Customer Experience Management.
Suchithran holds a master’s degree from IIT Madras. He is also a certified workplace coach, a passionate skillanthropist, and a recognized AI enthusiast and academic speaker.
